Like other reviews mentioned, this only displays the website in mobile view.  It doesn’t even show how to use or place all the pad types, just limited info for the trigger point pads.

I do like that there is some reference about where one is experiencing pain and where to place the trigger point pads to hopefully alleviate the pain with their use.

Should have more info about how to use and place pads.

Wasted my time and bandwidth downloading this app. It literally shows the website and that’s it. Could’ve been a really nice feature and they fumbled.

Just the website, which ironically tells me to ‘try the app’ in a banner… on the app. No real instruction or videos to guide you - just single photos with placement icons. Utter rubbish for what is a nice piece of hardware.

The app showing placement of the pads hasn’t worked for months. And I’m pretty sure my email to support was returned undelivered. At the very least you could have still images for each area covered on the app.

The app provides no useful information. It only has the exact information available on the website. There is even a banner IN the app saying to download the app for the best experience. It’s as if they planned to make the app have other features but it’s not there yet. Don’t waste your time. It is a time suck to download when there is no value at all. 
No videos for pad placement or tips for using the product at all.

This “app” does nothing more than display the Chirp website - including the large banner telling you to download the app for the “best experience.” So the app experience is actually worse, since the main benefit it could provide is not having to close out of a box that takes up 20% of the screen and which you have to do every time you open the app.

I’m so glad Chirp created a guide for the Halo pad placement. It takes all of the guesswork out of pain relief when I use the device. I’m hopeful that they expand the app for their other products too!
