Good platform but the meal plan only has 1 day of meals on it, for 7 bucks probably should be more.

From the very first workout my abs were feeling it! By just coming and doing one workout a day! I definitely chiseled up! Got an overall understanding of what to eat and not to eat helped speed up the process too! Thanks for such a simple effective app!

My favorite feature is the weekly self pictures. This allows you to keep track of your progress towards your goal, and also hold yourself accountable for achieving that goal. The workout are great, and the model shows you the exact workout and correct form. I’m glad I download this app, I can’t wait to post my abs in 90days!

The CoreBlast app is what I’ve been looking for . It is very easy to understand and navigate from page to page . The amount of time it takes to open up from 1 page to another is outstanding . Definitely recommend .
