## What is Chisel?

Chisel is a 6-week abs program you can do anywhere, with no equipment.

Two rounds of six exercises, about 12 minutes a day, built into a 42-day plan that takes you from warm-up to finish. Every exercise has pose illustrations that show the start and end position, so you always know what good form looks like.

What you get:
- A 42-day plan with daily workouts, rest days and weekly check-ins
- A guided workout player with timers, pause and a progress bar
- An exercise library with illustrated instructions
- Progress tracking: streaks, completed workouts and weekly measurements
- Daily targets for calories, protein and steps

No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your device.

Chisel Annual unlocks the full program. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
