Tested this with multiple account different profiles and photos of different races and cultures men and women profiles. I followed Chispa’s instructions and submitted a ban appeal, but never received a response. I submitted it again after waiting weeks and still have received nothing. I have also contacted customer support multiple times and have been directed back to the appeal form even though I had already completed it. At this point, I have followed every process Chispa has provided and have received absolutely no communication about my account. I understand that Chispa has rules and that accounts can be banned for legitimate reasons, but users should at least have a functioning appeal process and receive a response when they follow the required procedure. I would simply like to know why my account was disabled and have my appeal actually reviewed. I was also actively talking to someone I genuinely felt was a great match when my account was suddenly disabled. Because I lost access to the conversation and had no warning that this was going to happen, I also lost the only communication method I had with someone I was getting to know. I may have missed out on a meaningful connection because of an unexplained account action that I have still been unable to get any answers about. ### 1/5 — Nah *2026-08-19, version 12.14.0* If you set preferences, it gives you outside those preferences. I didn’t want to meet anyone further than 60 miles away. It was showing me 250 miles away. Also, this has nothing to do with the app itself, but members on there do not tell you their height. Maybe because the majority of Latinos are on the shorter side so they are embarrassed. But it is what it is. I’m on the taller side and thicker side for a Latina woman but it is what it is.
