The developer’s response is misinformed. Only has Howard red/purple line stop and Southport brown line stop as options. Searching for anything else yields zero results. To clarify: ChiTrack supports all CTA lines and stops, including the Blue Line. If you only saw a couple of stops (Howard and Southport), that typically means your app was unable to fetch live data—most often due to a temporary loss of internet connection during app startup. We’ve now improved the error message so it’s clear when this happens and how to fix it (this update is actively being rolled out). We take accuracy seriously, and we’re proud that many riders rely on ChiTrack daily for full, real-time coverage of the CTA. We’ve updated the error messaging to better inform you in this scenario to first reconnect before selecting a stop or track an arrival time.
