This app has been great for me. I was looking for guidance in the gym. Workouts also needed help with supplements and a plan. The chizl app has those for me. The podcasts are good to listen to I like how it pulls information from my smart scale and displays it for me. I like how the workouts are changed each week so that I’m not doing the same thing over and over I also like them app encourages you to take a rest on Sunday, and the workouts are ready to go early Monday morning.

Having the option to choose Gym or Home Workouts is cool.  The fact that you update new workouts every single week to keep my body changing is even better.
