Products were supposed to arrive March 23. Never got i Anything. It now March 27th and I still haven’t received anything and no one is responding to my texts, or messages in the app. Was supposed to be compensated with a $200 Amazon gift card. Extremely disappointed! **Developer response:** We are very sorry for the delay and the lack of response. This app is so frustrating there’s nobody to complain to or ask questions!!! Seriously I tried SEVERAL TIMES water my time and this stupid app frustrated the HELL out of me! There’s no clear direction and everything they yell you to do, once you do it, you go back in circles idek how to explain it but here I am wasting more time hopefully saving someone else from being this irritated!!! I keep receiving a sequel(?) screen that locks me out of the app. JUST downloaded and the app and right off the bat I’m experiencing issues. **Developer response:** We apologize for the rough start! To protect the scientific integrity of our studies, participants can only enroll in one trial at a time. If you were to take multiple study products simultaneously, it would blur the results, making it impossible for scientists to know which product was actually working. Keeping studies separate ensures the data stays accurate and reliable.
