This does not work on an iPad.  Fortunately their website still works to submit medical bills for reimbursement.

This is not compatible with an iPad and I can’t log in.  Maybe it will work with the phone.

I hoped it would be simple to submit files for reimbursement…it isn’t. After spending time filling out and uploading files, when I hit “submit” nothing seems to happen. Quite frustrating and no direction on what else I should do in order to submit it. Should have tried the old method via the website I guess.
