> ❌ ประสบการณ์แย่มากกับการใช้ระบบ POS ของบริษัทนี้

เราใช้ระบบนี้ตั้งแต่สิงหา 2567 โดยชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนผ่านบัตรเครดิต หวังว่าจะได้ระบบที่รองรับร้านอาหารจริง แต่พอใช้งานพบว่าระบบไม่เสถียร ใช้บน iOS ไม่ได้ ฟีเจอร์บางอย่างใช้งานจริงไม่ได้เลย

หลังแจ้งขอยกเลิก ทางบริษัทออกแบบฟอร์มคืนเงินและรับปากว่าจะคืน 27,708 บาทภายใน 60 วัน แต่จนวันนี้ยังไม่มีการโอนเงิน และไม่มีการชี้แจงเพิ่มเติม

ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินเรื่องกับ สคบ.
ขอแชร์ประสบการณ์นี้ไว้เพื่อเตือนผู้ประกอบการรายอื่นครับ

อย่าได้หลงเชื่อ มันห่วยจริงๆ ขอคืนเงินเดิน9 ไม่ทันได้ใช้จริงๆด้วยซ้ำเพราะแค่กำลังจะเริ่มใช้ปัญหาของระบบที่มีข้อจำกัดเต็มไปหมด ห่วยมาก เรื่องง่ายๆยังทำไม่ได้เลย จนต้องขอคืนเงิน และแย่มาก ตอนซื้อ ขายเราหารรายเดือน ตอนคืนเงิน หักหมด ค่าเทรนนิ่ง ค่าธรรมเนียมบัตร ค่าดำเนินการ รวมๆหมื่นกว่าบาท ทั้งๆที่เราใช้งานไม่ได้  และกำหนดคืนเงินคือ3เดือน ที่ตอนซื้อให้ชำระเต็ม ก่อนจะอธิบายความห่วยของระบบ โคตรแย่

-ค่าธรรมเนียม การชำระโดยบัตรเครดิตจากธนาคาร 4,474 บาท 

-การประสานงานทีมภายใน 4,494 บาท (waive)
-ค่าบริการ Customer Support 2,400 บาท(waive)
-การ Set Up/Create Account ระบบ POS/CRM 5,995 บาท(waive)
