they forgot to give me my chocolate strawberry and they said it was in the cooler but never give me it

I’ve earned a lot of points but when I go to order and use my points there is no “apply offer” selection as it states in the instructions to use points for an order. I never got to use my 1 free strawberry when I signed up because of this app error. Please correct this so loyal customer can use rewards and points given to us.
