Die Benutzeroberfläche ist modern, benutzerfreundlich und optisch sehr ansprechend – das Design passt perfekt zur Zielgruppe. Die App startet schnell, allerdings gibt es bei der Navigation ab und zu Verzögerungen und vereinzelt stürzt sie ab. Besonders bei den Produktbildern kommt es manchmal zu Ladeproblemen – hier wäre eine Optimierung sinnvoll. Die Mehrsprachigkeit ist ein großer Pluspunkt: Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch sind vorhanden, professionell übersetzt und konsistent. Was jedoch fehlt, ist die Möglichkeit, Rechnungen in mehreren Sprachen zu erhalten – derzeit nur auf Italienisch verfügbar. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv, das Menü klar strukturiert und mobil sehr gut nutzbar. Ein Onboarding für neue Nutzerinnen wäre hilfreich, gerade für Einsteigerinnen im Business. Insgesamt : Tolle App mit starkem Design, klarer Zielgruppenansprache und guten Funktionen – wenn die Stabilität verbessert wird und ein paar technische Feinheiten angepasst werden, ist sie ein echtes Power-Tool für den mobilen Vertrieb. Leider war meine Erfahrung mit Chogan enttäuschend. Die Versprechungen bezüglich der Produkte und der Handelsspanne klangen vielversprechend, aber in der Praxis war ich sehr enttäuscht. Besonders problematisch fand ich, dass Chogan Gesundheitsprodukte vertreibt, ohne klare Angaben zu den Inhaltsstoffen zu machen. Das passt für mich überhaupt nicht zusammen, vor allem, da ich großen Wert auf Transparenz und Qualität lege. Es ist nicht akzeptabel, solche Produkte zu verkaufen, ohne zu wissen, was genau darin steckt – und dann auch noch mit Marketingversprechen zu werben, die nicht gehalten werden. Es wird viel mit der „kein Druck“-Philosophie geworben, aber in Wirklichkeit muss man entweder selbst Produkte kaufen oder verkaufen, um den Status zu behalten und nicht gelöscht zu werden. Wenn man keine Verkäufe erzielt, muss man die Produkte trotzdem kaufen, um Punkte zu erreichen. Das empfand ich als äußerst belastend und nicht mit meinen Werten vereinbar. Zusätzlich hatte ich mit hohen Versandkosten und langen Lieferzeiten zu kämpfen. Der Mindestbestellwert und die Versandgebühren waren ebenfalls alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Was mich besonders störte, war, dass man erst dann passiv verdient, wenn man zwei eigene Partner ins Team geholt hat. Selbst wenn jemand unter einem erfolgreich ist, verdient man nichts, bis man selbst aktiv wird, was die ganze Struktur unfair macht. Die Qualität der Produkte führte bei meinen Kunden zu wenig Begeisterung, und einige Artikel wurden teurer, während die Inhaltsstoffe reduziert wurden – das fand ich unverschämt. Ein weiteres Problem war die schlechte Kommunikation. Nachdem ich mich eingeschrieben hatte, war mein Sponsor kaum noch erreichbar, und ich fand es merkwürdig, dass ich in einem Team von jemandem war, den ich nie persönlich kennengelernt habe. Das ist einfach nicht die Art von Geschäft, die ich mir vorgestellt habe. Letztlich hat die Zusammenarbeit mit Chogan nicht nur mein Geschäft behindert, sondern auch dazu geführt, dass ich wertvolle Kontakte verloren habe und mein Image darunter litt.
