Choice Bank’s mobile banking app connects you to your personal checking, savings, HSA, Money Market account, and more. Access all the features of Online Banking, plus tools specific to the app such as mobile check deposit and debit card controls. To get started, you first need to be enrolled in Online Banking.

I’ve banked with this bank for over 35 years since I was a teenager and even before it became Choice bank.  App was updated and the option to login with a PIN number for quick login was removed and can only login with password or biometrics. I REFUSE to do biometrics. I do not want my face or thumbprint stored in ANY device. I either want my option to select a pin back or please add an additional security level with something like a 2FA text a code.

The sign on is a pain, I don’t like the last five transactions only and it’s hard to differentiate the withdrawal and deposits. Oh and the fact that you can put a description in a transfer is great but that should not be the name of the transaction but a description. If I put “none” in the comments that’s what it names the withdrawal.or deposit. I can’t tell where (or who, if there’s multiple people on the account) from.
