## What is Choice Bible?

Choice Bible is a Bible reader that gets out of the way and lets you set the page.

READ IT YOUR WAY
Most Bible apps give you three text sizes. Choice Bible gives you the controls a
typesetter would want: twelve typefaces, precise text size and weight, line spacing,
paragraph spacing, letter spacing, side margins, first-line indent, justified text and
hyphenation. Verses can flow together as prose the way a printed Bible sets them, or sit
one per line for study. Verse numbers can be superscript, inline, or hidden entirely.

FIVE READING THEMES
System, Paper, Sepia, Night and Black. The paper themes hold their own appearance, so the
page never changes underneath you when your phone switches to dark mode mid-chapter.

COMPARE ONLY WHEN YOU NEED TO
Reading seven translations in narrow side-by-side columns is unreadable on a phone, so
Choice Bible does not do that. Read one translation. When a verse is unclear, tap it and
see it in every translation, full width. Tap more verses to compare a whole passage, then
widen or narrow it a verse at a time.

WORDS OF CHRIST IN RED
On by default. Off in one tap.

SEVEN TRANSLATIONS, ALL INCLUDED
Berean Standard Bible — modern and highly readable.
World English Bible — contemporary English, freely given to the public.
King James Version — the classic 1769 text.
American Standard Version — the literal 1901 revision.
Young's Literal Translation — as close to the Hebrew and Greek word order as English gets.
Darby Bible — precise and scholarly.
Bible in Basic English — plain vocabulary, for new readers and second-language readers.
All seven are public domain, so all seven are included in full. Nothing to unlock, no
subscription, no in-app purchases.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Every verse and the entire full-text search index ship inside the app. Search all 66 books
instantly on a plane, in a basement, or anywhere else.

MARK IT UP
Tap a verse to select it, tap more to add them. The actions appear inline beneath the
text rather than in a panel that covers it, so you can see the verse you are highlighting
while you choose the colour. Highlight in six colours, write notes, set bookmarks. Notes
and bookmarks appear as small marks right in the text, and tapping one opens it.

YOUR NOTES STAY YOURS
Highlights, notes, bookmarks, your reading position and even your typography settings sync
between your iPhone, iPad and Mac through your own iCloud account. There is no account to
create and no server of ours in the middle — the developer cannot see any of it. Export
your notes and highlights as a PDF whenever you want them somewhere else.
