It would be great if we could truly just present choices without there having to be a right one. It would also be great if it could turn the text into speech when touching each choice option. ### 3/5 — Video clips *2016-09-26, version 1.5.2* I would love to see this app add a video feature to the choice boxes! I use this working with non verbal autistic clients to learn everything from social skills to sign language. Video would be great! ### 4/5 — Not intuitive... But once you figure it out, it works *2015-04-03* I see the other reviews here saying that they can't get the recordings to work. This is not the most intuitive app, but I did finally figure out how to make it work. Once you assign a recording to a particular image, you also have to select that the image is the "correct box." If you do that, when the student select that option, it will play the recording and enlarge the picture briefly. I have chosen to use the "correct box" setting for all the pictures in the activities so that it enables the audio for every single picture (whether it's the "correct" option or not). Overall, this app isn't the easiest or most intuitive to figure out, but once you do, it is worth using – especially since it is free! ### 3/5 — Help *2014-10-21, version 1.4.0* I love the concept of this app. I am a special education teacher and can use it for choice making. I like that you can personalize each board with real pictures. Currently, the app will not let me create a new page. After clicking on "new activity" it says "create title", but gets stuck there and then quits and closes. I have been able to make many personalized activities for students with special needs. The errorless learning feature is an excellent way to present new information. ### 5/5 — Choice bored creator *2016-10-30* I loved this app and used it all the time in my lessons. However, I was in a lesson observation being observed pulled this out as part of my lesson and I be known to me, after my iPad update it had completely changed. I couldn't use it and was marked down. It is simple and quick to operate. I must be honest I did not like the newest version first. However now that I have played around with it I really like it. I love the preview feature that allows you to preview all the pages of the board before opening it. This really saves time. My only complaint is that I would like to retitle some of my boards. My son can read but can't speak, so I record my voice on the choices. Would like to have the question spoken and also have a home page with icons/buttons to choose the pages to go to. Then my son could navigate it himself. Black on white background is quite harsh. A very pale, almost white, green would be good for kids on the spectrum. I'd also like to regulate the text size so that some words, like TV, don't stand out more as a choice because they are larger.
