Can’t schedule payments for the correct date. I had to delete the app then Reinstall it. I still can’t get a text but I can get it to call me but not ring so it must go to voicemail then the first code number is truncated. About 50% of the time my accounts say “error updating” or when I try to transfer between accounts there is an “error submitting request.” It takes forever to actually reach someone from the bank when you have an issue that you can’t resolve because the app is not working properly when you really need it to. ### 2/5 — Error Updating *2025-07-17, version 3.25.1* Seems like since the recent merger, my balances don’t update a few times a week. Can the system not handle servicing 50+ branches? ### 4/5 — A Widget Would Be Great *2025-07-08* The app is fine. Works fine. But what I would really like to see is a widget for the app so I can check my balance without having to log in every time. The State Bank(which Choice One took over)had that kind of widget and it was pretty useful. After 10pm your money amount resets to the mornings amount. The app does not update the amount even if you make a payment or purchase. If you go negative at 6pm and deposit at 6:01, you get charged an over draft fee. I have different accounts I log into and with this new update, it does not allow me to choose which account I want to get into. I have 2 accounts and it’s frustrating that I have to search and separate each transaction with each account. My other banks do not charge these fees. Since the customer and customer service is not your focus, I am left with no other choice but to move my money elsewhere. (Not that this will even matter to you.)
