### 1/5 — DUMB SUBSCRIPTION

*2026-09-28*

I spent like 30 minutes doing a dub ONLY for it to be A SUBSCRIPTION TO EXPORT YOUR VIDEO LIKE THAT JUST TAKES THE FUN OUT OF THE WHOLE THING BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY LIKE 8 DOLLARS FOR MY VIDEO THAT I MADE I GIVING THIS APP A ONE STAR💔💔💔💔

**Developer response:** Hi! Sorry for the frustration! Just to clarify, our subscription plans start at $1.99, not $8.

Without Pro, you can still import videos without limits, dub videos in different modes, assign and record different character roles, and go back anytime to re-record and update your existing dubs. Your Library also keeps all of your previous dubbing projects, so you can view and continue working on them anytime without subscription.

Pro also adds unlimited multiplayer, unlimited pack creation, and other additional features.

Thanks for giving the app a try and sharing your feedback!

### 1/5 — Why

*2026-09-16*

Why the heck do I have to pray premium just to get my video onto my device, that’s stupid

### 3/5 — mid

*2026-09-28*

It’s nothing like the website version, and is a completely a different style from the original, just use the choicer voucher website, you don’t have to buy premium there.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! The app is intentionally different from the original web version because the browser version has several technical limitations.

For example, browser storage can sometimes be cleared by the system, which may cause saved packs or recordings to disappear. Importing videos can also be much slower, and some packs may fail to import depending on the browser or device. The multiplayer mode can also become unstable or disconnect in certain situations.

The native app was built to provide a more reliable experience for importing, recording, managing your library, and multiplayer dubbing, while also allowing us to add features that are difficult to support properly in a browser.

We hope this helps explain why the app takes a different approach, and we really appreciate you giving it a try.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! We found the dub pack you mentioned on GameBanana and successfully imported it into the app.
If you’re having trouble importing it or have any questions, please email us at hello@mail.thechoicervoicer.app. We’d be happy to help!
