### 1/5 — Annoyingly intrusive questions before you find out you have to buy

I downloaded this app and immediately got annoyed that they wanted my real name and my email address and then, even after confirming that it was real. Aydan had to put my real name and information and childhood friend and favorite city and only after doing this. Did they tell me that I had to pay to use the app. This is disgustingly intrusive. You have no right to this information until I am a paying member.

No free trial or scaled-down free version with which to test it out.

$19.99 minimum expense just to give it a test drive. 

No app made by anyone who knows what they’re doing would ever put such a giant roadblock like that right at the entry gate.

If they’re that clueless about things this early on, I must assume there will be too much cluelessness in their design throughout the app.

Too bad. I had high hopes.

I bought this today, thinking it could save my current choir project, but it does not allow imports from outside recordings.  Cannot use.  Also, no idea how to return my useless purchase.

Had created projects with no issue, went to create a new project today and every time it goes to import the file, the app crashes. Completely closes. Tried deleting the app, nothing fixes it. Loved the app until this, needed the project for a rehearsal later today...

App keeps crashing when I import an audio file. It starts the import then suddenly closes back to home screen.I have done several projects successfully up until today.I have tried several things including deleting and reinstalling the app.

As an elementary music teacher I have really enjoyed using this app. It has been so much fun to put a performance together with my students in a time when we can not perform in person. I will say that some of my students routinely encounter a crash after hitting “Upload to creator” once they have recorded their video. This can usually be solved by reinstalling or restarting, but can be a pain when managing 20+ students. 
I am REALLY excited to utilize the spotlighting feature in my videos. I enjoyed having the flexibility in earlier versions but also enjoyed the convenience of the version prior to this. Thanks for continuing to adjust this app for easier use!
