I had completed all my responsibilities from my end, and everything was in order, but the company failed to provide proper support or timely responses to my emails. Due to their negligence and lack of communication, my CIBIL score was negatively affected. The employees are unresponsive, and customer service is very disappointing. Even after repeated follow-ups, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
