Worst application , customer service is very poor as they don’t attend the call. Eagerly waiting for my fund from last month but still the company is unable to provide money and although giving pathetic excuses. Even after completion of document , application Approved for the loan within 24 hours but its been one month the company is unable to provide money. Liars. Don’t ever install application and provide any document to them. I had completed all my responsibilities from my end, and everything was in order, but the company failed to provide proper support or timely responses to my emails. Due to their negligence and lack of communication, my CIBIL score was negatively affected. The employees are unresponsive, and customer service is very disappointing. Even after repeated follow-ups, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I requested everyone don’t take any personal loan from them there customer services give you wrong information about the loan . When the loan is disbursed you will see high interest rates & expensive int rates . Their interest rate is very high. I had a very bad experience with them. I would go so far as to say that no one should buy anything from them. No matter what I ask them for, they flatly tell me that they do not have the documents. When arranging financing, they speak very sweetly; however, the moment we say anything at all, their manner of speaking is absolutely unacceptable. It is not okay. ### 1/5 — Fraud App *2026-04-07* I had a very bad experience with the Chola Finance App and its employees. The service is extremely disappointing. The staff are completely unresponsive and do not attend to customer issues even after multiple attempts to contact them. There is no proper customer support, and it feels like they don’t value customers at all. The delays, lack of communication, and careless handling of queries make the entire experience frustrating. Overall, this app and its service appear unreliable and untrustworthy. I strongly feel improvements are needed in customer support, transparency, and professionalism.
