After updating my phone and updating the app a few times and still not being able to see current & upcoming sales, I sent a message to the company. They responded that they have “scaled back” (i.e. completely ceased) US operations. I wish I was able to see brands that are coming soon. I also just now saw a review saying it’s not available in Canada —so why is it in our App Store??? ### 1/5 — Shutting down? *2026-04-29, version 12.2.17* Idk what happened but the app isn’t loading anymore. I’ve updated to latest version and everything. My mom has completely different phone number and address as me. I then had my friend try it, and she got the same error message. Que je devais offrir à ma petite fille le 4 janvier pour ses 2 ans. En vacances chez moi en Sicile. Ma petite fille n’a pas pu avoir son cadeau car je l’ai reçu le 11 janvier sans explications. Juste un désoles pour le retard. Ma petite fille est repartie chez elle en France et je dois maintenant payer 25€ pour lui expédier son cadeau. Aucun professionnalisme de la part de Choose qui se cache derrière la marque mais qui est seul responsable. Car à aucun moment on ne m’a dit que je n’aurais pas ma commande à temps C’est triste de ne pas assumer ### 1/5 — Aucun respect ni considération pour la clientèle ! *2024-12-14, version 9.16.3* Cela fait 4 ans que je suis cliente, cela fait 4 ans que je rapporte un système de livraison catastrophique. Une perte de temps considérable parce qu’ils ne daignent toujours pas mettre en place la possibilité de livraison en point relais. Le service client vous baratine quand vous leur écrivez pour soulever les désagréments répétés à ce sujet. C’est malheureux et malhonnête de voir si peu de professionnalisme envers ceux et celles qui leur permettent d’avoir un revenu ! I had no idea that it would take so long, and when I received an expected deliver date there was no opportunity to cancel. I’ve all these weeks for the expected delivery - which tomorrow and they haven’t shipped still. Really wanted to like this app, but it’s the most frustrating shopping experience I had.
