I've tried for a week to download this app. and have contacted your Tech support for help to no avail!

Pretty average and frightfully expensive. Photos and graphics are poor quality, and sound and graphics are reused across apps. For this price they could revamp this to be much better. Educational, but looks and sounds bad.
