This constitutes robbery, they’re charging you for a product that they cannot deliver to you. A simple line of code, reminding the user that their food will not come for 1 to 2 days is all this would take to correct. The store manager advised me not to use the Chopt app, but to use DoorDash instead. Very inconvenient and annoying. It’s 2025. Get it together already. You cannot print out a receipt and manually enter it into the app or website. Strong security warning for all.
