## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.12 — 2026-10-09

Practice stays on the row you just played until you finish the next chord, so the last words do not disappear. A Done button waits at the end before the celebration.

Performance rolls the page at a speed you choose, including a slower speed for beginners. Swipe to hold the page, then let go and it continues. The words stay readable as the animals pass underneath.

Chord Quest shows the days that count. A proud day lifts a tile. A star means that square is empty on purpose. Last week's board is there to look at.

Songs are easier to read, with more chords on a row. A note to the maker can be sent from the app.

### 1.0.9. — 2026-10-03

Grown-ups is easier to scan. Plus, practice targets, family invites, and keepsakes each have their own section. Plus can turn extra songs, ChordQuest, and extra animals on or off. A feedback button lets a parent send a note to the developer. Kids still never see prices.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-28

Optional Chord Creatures Plus. New subscribers get one month free on the monthly plan, then $4.99. Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. Extra creatures and ChordQuest stay off until a parent subscribes. The free app is unchanged. Physical keepsakes are optional and are not required to use a prize photo.

### 1.0.6. — 2026-09-24

Fixes sign-in, email confirmation, and password reset. Grown-ups can delete the account in the app. Family invite codes no longer require typing the dash. Practice and chord hearing are unchanged.

### 1.0.5. — 2026-09-22

More starter cottages on the Songs map, fairer practice credit after about 30 seconds, and Performance mode: a scrolling chart with no microphone so you can play a song all the way through. Practice mode still listens for guitar chords.
