## What is Chordana Composer?

An easy way to create your own original tunes!

Chordana Composer makes it easy for you to write your own tunes, even if you don't know how to compose music.
You can enter a motif (two-bar melody) using your choice of 3 input modes. There's no need to enter the melody for the entire tune. 
You just enter one motif and Chordana Composer automatically creates a whole tune, so you don't have to spend ages composing the music.

1. Three ways to enter your motif (2-bar melody)　

　A melody that comes to you in the middle of an ordinary day...
Have you ever thought: “This would make a really great tune.
But I need to know how to compose, and it's no good if I can't read music. And that all takes time to learn”?
Chordana Composer will take care of all those concerns.
Just enter 2 bars of the motif you thought of.
Chordana Composer will automatically make it into an entire tune.
　You can choose from 3 types of input method.
In "Keyboard input mode" you use a virtual keyboard, in "Notation input mode, you paste the notes into a sheet of music, and in "Microphone input mode", you just sing the motif into the microphone.

2. Automatic composition by choosing "Genre" and "Concept"

　Once you've entered the melody using one of the modes above, you're ready for automatic composition.
Choose whichever combination of "Genre", "Concept", "Range of melody movement" and "Level of melody tension" creates a tune that best matches what you've imagined.

3. Your own editing using the Hints function  
 In Notation input mode, you can edit the the created melody yourself.
If you enable the Hints function when you're editing the tune, the notation is color coded as a reference for your edits (notes that match the chord, notes in the same scale, notes that increase the tension and other notes you need to be aware of).

4. Using simple steps, you can upload your finished tune as a video to YouTube along with the staff notation, or slideshow of photos. You can also send your tunes as email attachments in AAC or MIDI format, and it's really easy to make your own ringtones*1 too.
*1: To use your tune as an iPhone ringtone, you need to connect to a Mac or Windows computer and transfer the tune to your iPhone via iTunes.

慣れると自動生成した曲をmidiで出力できるうえ、Garagebandでちょっと直せば一曲できるのでめちゃくちゃ便利です！

鼻歌を簡単にドレミにできるアプリとして紹介されてたけど、全くできない。音の高低差全然感知できてない。金返せ。

鼻歌を楽譜にしたくて買いましたが、全く違うメロディーが出てきてなんの音を聞いているのかという感じでした。音階を上げているのにずっと低い音で謎のリズムで上下している。無料の音程チェックアプリだと狙った音が認識されるからマイクの問題では無いはず。マイクの感度を調整出来るといいかも知れません。

If you’re like me, you’d be getting this app because you’d like to make music by whistling instead of learning sheet music. 
However, after spending $4 on an app, that isn’t the case. There are 0 similarities between what I whistled/sung and what was on the phone.
Others said saving and loading had some issue, but I wasn’t able to make anything that I felt was worth saving.
Don’t get this if you want to have a whistle-to-sheet music converter.

Honestly I’m sure there are better regular music making tools out there minus the whistling part. Just don’t get it.

鼻歌を採譜してもらおうとしても可笑しな音符になるので、試しに何も歌わないで撮ったところ、エアコンなどのちょっとした音を拾い過ぎているのかもしれません。
リズムも意図と違います…

楽曲の出来はともかく、イントロ、Aメロ、Bメロ、サビ、アウトロまでのコード進行を提案してくれるのはありがたい。
もう開発が終了してしまっているように思えるが、姉妹アプリのTrackformer のようにマルチmidiファイルでのエクスポートにも対応して欲しい。

打ち込みの先生レベルの作例が無尽蔵に出てくるって凄くない？ だから多分、全くわからない人より、自分のように、我流でならもうそれなりにオリジナル曲を作れるよ、ってくらいの人の方が、このアプリの凄さがわかると思います。FL Studio MobileにMIDIデータをImportして使うことが多いです。iOSのDAWでは最も相性が良いと思います。不要なTrackができちゃうのでそれをDeleteするのだけちょっと手間だけど、その後はFL Studio Mobileならではのピアノロールのレイヤー表示 (開いているパート以外の他のパートのノート情報も後ろに薄っすら表示される) を生かしてアンサンブルを学ばせてもらってます。自分がやってきたことの答え合わせみたいな意味合いもあるかな。ちなみにレイヤー表示はできないですが、GarageBandでもMIDIデータのインポートは可能です (多分ドラムだけ無理かも)。ほんと、正統派のMIDIデータはやっぱり凄いです。DTM学校の先生でもこれはちょっと無理なんじゃないかなぁ。いやマジに凄いですよ。最終的にはこのレベルの打ち込みを自分一人でできるようになったら卒業。各ジャンルのベーシック、キー、使われてるコード、選ばれてるスケール、各楽器の使われ方、アンサンブル、またより細かいことを言えば、各ノートのタイミング、ベロシティ。これ全部が無尽蔵に出てきて610円！？ カシオ大盤振る舞い過ぎだろ笑。学ぶ気がある者にとっては一曲一曲が宝石のようです。Chordana Composerを学習用に利用したい人向けのレビューでした。

古いバージョンでは、モチーフをAメロBメロCメロのどこに使うかを選べたようですが、現バージョンでは主旋律に使われてしまいます。
モチーフをサビに使う設定が欲しい。
