v32 — the invitation screen gets to the point

- The invitation screen now offers a single primary action: share the link. The "Get started" button only takes over once sharing has happened. The old "Later" exit, which was redundant, has been removed.
- The screen now states plainly what you lose by staying alone: without a second member, the app has nothing to share out.
- If the invitation code could not be generated, the screen no longer blames you and offers a clear way out.
- Already live for every version (server-side fix): an invitation code retyped by hand, in uppercase or with a dash, is now accepted.
