## What is ChoreChomp?

Every family gets an AI coach — one that meets each kid exactly where they are and helps the whole family grow. Parents included.

ChoreChomp isn't a chore chart with reminders. It's a coach. Kids finish a task — a quick tap for daily routines, a photo for the bigger jobs — and the coach looks at the actual work: warm, specific feedback on what they nailed and what to polish, tuned to their age. Little kids get cheerleading. Teens get honest. And every day, the coach writes YOU a short note that knows your family's week.

YOUR DAILY COACH NOTE
Three parts, thirty seconds: What's great — the win worth naming, with the number to prove it. Worth a look — only when something genuinely needs attention, never invented. How to encourage — one concrete thing to say to your kid today. Kids keep trying when someone notices; the coach makes sure you never miss the moment.

HOMEWORK HELP THAT TEACHES (PRO)
Snap up to six pages in one go — math, reading, science together. The coach sorts out which pages belong to which assignment, checks each one, and gives hints that guide thinking without giving answers away. Older kids get a real review: every error called out, and honest work gets honest credit.

THE CHORES RUN THEMSELVES
- Assign in seconds from a picture-card library of 150+ chores, or make your own.
- Kids snap a photo; the coach reviews it instantly. Routines like brushing teeth are one tap.
- You approve everything from one scrollable feed — points, streaks, and allowance follow automatically.
- Morning and evening chores sort themselves by time of day, for kids and for you.

ALLOWANCE, HANDLED
Turn points into real money at a rate you set. Kids — especially the big ones — watch their balance grow with every approved chore, and you see the estimated weekly payout at a glance. Pay out however you already do (cash, Venmo, Cash App); ChoreChomp tracks what's earned and what's owed, and never touches the money itself.

WHY KIDS LOVE IT
- Feedback that feels like a coach cheering them on — not a parent nagging.
- Ages 4–7 get big picture cards, no reading required. Teens (13+) get a sleek, grown-up look.
- Points, levels, daily streaks, and surprise mini-games after a job well done.
- Save up for real rewards — or a real allowance — you set together.

WHY PARENTS LOVE IT
- The first look at every chore happens automatically. You just cheer and approve.
- The daily note tells you who's on a roll, who tried something new, and when a high-five is due.
- Turn any tablet into a shared Family Dashboard; invite a co-parent — one plan covers everyone.
- Tune the coach per kid: age level, gentle or standard grading.

BUILT TO BE SAFE
- Parent approval at the center; a parent PIN protects the handoff.
- Photos are screened for safe, chore-related content and deleted after review.
- Parental consent and controls for younger kids. No ads, ever.

TRY IT FREE
Add a kid, assign a first chore, and watch the coach check a real photo — all before you subscribe. Plans start at $3.99/month with a two-week free trial.

### 5/5 — Lifesaver for families

*2026-08-12*

We love this app! It’s easy to use and my kids love the gamification aspect. The integration of AI has really helped to minimize family conflict! As a busy mom of 3 trying to get my kids to get their chores done was a constant battle. Now my kids beg to do their chores so they can use the app! It has definitely helped calm the chaos in our household and chores are actually getting done!

**Developer response:** Thank you! Let us know if there are any features you’d like to see added.

*2026-08-06*

Our family has been using this app for a few months and it’s really helpful. Our boys like using the AI feature to take pictures of their hard work and get credit for it. They will routinely ask to do chores which is a first.

**Developer response:** Thank you!!

### 1.1.7 — 2026-09-06

- Small bug fixes to help early, pre-trial users evaluate the app more easily.

### 1.1.6 — 2026-09-04

Homework got a big upgrade — and the youngest kids get a view made just for them.

HOMEWORK HELPER, LEVELED UP (PRO)
One photo was never enough for real homework. Kids can now snap up to six pages in one session — math, reading, science, all of it together — and the AI sorts out which pages belong to which assignment and checks each one separately. Hints guide their thinking without giving answers away. And for older kids, the checker is now an honest reviewer: every error gets called out specifically, and work with real mistakes goes back for a fix before it counts. You see every page and every correction in your review, so you always know exactly where things stand.

PICTURE CARDS FOR LITTLE KIDS
Kids 4–7 now see their chores as big picture cards — they find "Feed the Pet" by the picture, no reading required. Points, streaks, and checkmarks live right on each card. Older kids keep their own looks, untouched.

A FASTER WAY TO PICK CHORES
The chore catalog is now a browsable grid of picture cards, organized by room, with a "Great first chores" row up top. And time-of-day finally works the way you'd expect: set or change Morning / Afternoon / Evening on any chore after assigning it, and your kids' chore lists group by it — the same way theirs do.

YOUR COACH NOTE, ORGANIZED
The daily coach note now comes in three parts: What's great, Worth a look (only when there's genuinely something), and How to encourage — one concrete thing to say to your kid today.

ALSO
- Reset your parent PIN anytime in Settings.
- Morning reminders now arrive before the school rush on weekdays.
- Bigger, higher-contrast text throughout — easier on every pair of eyes.
- Payment-issue warnings now show in the Activity feed too, so they can't be missed.
- A smoother, shorter setup for new families.

### 1.1.5 — 2026-08-28

A big one for parents — and for the older kids in the house.

NEW: THE ACTIVITY FEED
Reviews now live in one scrollable feed. Each post shows who did the chore, the photo, and what the AI saw — approve or send back right from the card, with points on the button. When several chores have already passed the AI check, approve them all in one tap. A badge on the Activity tab always shows how many are waiting for you.

NEW: YOUR DAILY COACH NOTE
A short daily note at the top of your dashboard, written from your family's real week: who's on a roll, who tried something for the first time, and when someone's earned a high-five. It knows the difference between a busy week and a breakthrough — because it's watching quality, not just counting.

NEW: A GROWN-UP LOOK FOR OLDER KIDS
Kids 13+ get their own style — cleaner type, a calmer deep-indigo theme, and no more dino intro. Same chores, same points, same games; it just doesn't feel like a little-kid app anymore. Younger kids keep the full ChoreChomp world exactly as it was.

SMARTER, FAIRER CHECKING
- Partial credit is now truly partial — a mostly-clear floor earns most of the points, not none of them.
- If a photo can't prove a chore (like brushing teeth), the app tells you and offers tap-to-check instead.
- Kids who stop making progress on a tricky chore are guided to send it to you rather than retrying forever.

ALSO
- If a renewal payment ever fails, you'll see it in the app with time to fix it — no surprise cutoffs.
- Approvals no longer get stuck on a slow connection; your decision saves and syncs when you're back online.
- Dozens of small fixes to make everything feel steadier.

### 1.1.4 — 2026-08-25

Smarter photo checks

Chores that happen outside — walking the dog, feeding animals, raking leaves — no longer get turned away for "not looking like a chore." Neither do photos with a hand, an arm, or a jacket on a hook in the frame. And when a photo isn't quite right, kids now get a tip and another try instead of a dead end.

Chores a photo can't show

Brushing teeth, showering, getting dressed and taking medicine are now check-off chores. Kids tap when they're done and you approve — no more hunting for a photo that proves someone brushed their teeth. We've switched existing chores like these over for you.

### 1.1.3 — 2026-08-20

Big update for mornings, bedtimes, and everything in between!

• Daily Routines — Brush Teeth, Get Dressed, Ready for Bed, Reading Time and more. Kids check them off themselves (no photo needed), and you still give the final OK.

• Morning, afternoon & evening chores — assign chores to the right part of the day. Kids see what's up now, while later chores wait quietly at the bottom of their list. Twice-a-day routines like brushing teeth? Now easy.

• Voice Guidance got a big upgrade — it now works on your kid's own device, starts much faster, and reads chores in the order of their day.

• Plus: a clearer chore library with Pro and AI-check labels, simpler sign-in, better offline behavior, and lots of polish.
