All password conditions met and all green. ### 1/5 — CRASHED, NOT WORKING *2026-03-03* it’s March 2026, I had the app two days, paid the $99 and it no longer works- on parent side or child side. Are you using the current version? ### 1/5 — Bad Request Extension error *2026-03-01* I was realllllly excited to try this for my kids. But I am unable to even sign up for it. I keep getting the error- “Bad Request Extension”. I’ve tried deleting the app, reinstalling…. Same error. We value your input and appreciate your thoughtful feedback. ### 1/5 — Registration Doesn’t Work *2025-07-20* I have tried repeatedly to register for this app, but in order to register a new account, it says an email will be sent with a code that must be typed in to finalize creating the account. No email is ever sent. I sent an email to the customer support email, and no response was ever received. A friend of mine also tried to register for the app and she also did not get the code in order to finalize her registration. We value your input and appreciate your thoughtful feedback. ### 3/5 — Great idea, but needs key scheduling features *2026-06-07* I really wanted this app to work because I was hoping it would help me limit my child’s screen time while also encouraging her to help around the house and take more responsibility for daily family tasks. While the features generally worked as intended, there are still some areas that need improvement. The biggest issue I noticed is that there is no way to schedule chores for specific times of day or on specific days of the week. For example, I would like tasks such as brushing teeth at night, picking up after a shower, or hanging up towels to be completed at designated times. Likewise, it would be helpful to schedule tasks that only need to happen on certain days, such as emptying the trash cans the night before trash pickup. Instead, these tasks fall under daily chores, which means my child could complete them at any point during the day and still gain access to screen time. Ideally, if a chore is intended to be completed at a specific time, screen time would remain locked until that task is completed. I also experienced an issue where, even after I approved completed chores, the apps did not unlock as expected, which made the system difficult to use consistently. Another feature that would be helpful is the ability to approve or award additional screen time for chores and responsibilities completed above and beyond the required daily tasks. That would provide a meaningful way to reward extra effort, initiative, and good habits. Because of these limitations, I ultimately decided to delete the app and stop using it for now. While it was easy to remove from my phone, I have not been able to remove it from my child’s phone, which has been frustrating. Overall, I think this app is a great idea and has a lot of potential to be an excellent tool for families. However, there are still some features and functionality that need to be refined before it will meet my family’s needs. ### 5/5 — Great app *2026-03-02* Super helpful with the kids, definitely recommend! **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback!
