## What is ChoreReward?

Turn daily chores into a system that actually works. Create clear tasks, reward effort, and stop repeating the same reminders every day. Kids stay motivated, parents stay calm, and routines finally stick.

Most families struggle with the same problem:
You ask, remind, repeat… and still end up in daily conflicts over chores, homework, and screen time.

This app changes that.

Instead of constant reminders, you set clear expectations.
Instead of resistance, kids feel motivated.
Instead of arguments, you get a simple system that works.

How it works:

1. Create tasks and routines:
Set up chores, daily tasks, and routines like morning routine, bedtime routine, or cleaning the house. Build a clear daily schedule your child understands.

2. Assign and schedule:
Use simple scheduling and recurring tasks to create structure. Your child always knows what to do and when.

3. Kids complete tasks:
Children check off their daily checklist and build consistency through routines and habits.

4. Earn points and rewards:
Each completed task earns points. Kids can redeem rewards like screen time, pocket money, or custom rewards you choose.

5. Track progress
Follow progress with a built-in chore tracker, progress tracker, and reward tracker. See streaks, achievements, and real improvement over time.

### 1/5 — Advertised Same-Device Feature (for Parents and Child) Doesn’t Work

*2026-08-30*

The ChoreReward website explicitly states that a parent and child can share one device, but the app appears to require a separate, compatible device for each child. I’ve contacted the developer for instructions because, if same-device use is possible, the setup is extremely difficult to find. If they explain how to access the advertised feature, I’ll gladly update this review. If the feature does not actually exist, I expect a refund and will update my review to reflect how the issue was resolved.

**Developer response:** Thanks for sharing your experience and for reaching out about the same-device feature. We understand how important it is for parents and kids to use the app easily on one device. Right now, the app is designed with compatibility needs that sometimes mean separate devices work best, but we’re actively looking into ways to make setup simpler and clearer. We appreciate you flagging how tricky the instructions were to find—we’ll share this feedback with our team to improve guidance. If you haven’t yet, please contact our support so we can help clarify your setup and address any concerns. Thanks again for your patience and for helping us get better.

### 1/5 — Tem que pagar

*2026-08-13*

Assim que faz login já tem que pagar, e o valor mínimo é de R$ 129,90

**Developer response:** Obrigado por compartilhar sua opinião. Entendemos que o valor mínimo da assinatura pode ser um ponto difícil para alguns usuários. As assinaturas ajudam a manter o desenvolvimento e as atualizações do app funcionando. Vamos levar seu feedback para o time analisar, pois queremos que ChoreRewards seja acessível e valioso para todos. Se tiver qualquer dúvida ou precisar de ajuda, estamos aqui para ajudar!

### 3/5 — Multiple devices required

*2026-08-07*

I love this app! Even paid for the subscription. But I didn’t read the fine print. (actually there wasn’t any fine print that I could find.) you must have more than one device for this app to function. If your kids have dedicated devices that are able to run this app, you will like it. You either have to have multiple devices to switch back-and-forth between the parent profile and the child profile. Or if you have multiple children, they each need a separate device in order to log their tasks and get rewards. And my kids do not have their own devices yet.

**Developer response:** Thanks for sharing your experience and for subscribing—we really appreciate it! We understand that needing multiple devices for each family member can be tricky, especially when kids don’t have their own devices yet. ChoreRewards is designed to help everyone track chores and rewards smoothly, and we're actively exploring ways to make the app more flexible for different family setups. We’ll share your feedback with the team to help improve this aspect. If you have any questions or want to chat about using the app with your current devices, please reach out to our support team. Thanks again for your support and thoughtful input!

### 1/5 — No ‘free’ option

*2026-07-19*

Signed up and there’s no free option only from 1 month purchase to a yearly purchase.

**Developer response:** Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We understand that not having a free option can be disappointing. Our subscription model helps us keep improving and adding new features to make the app better for everyone. We really appreciate you trying ChoreRewards and will share your feedback with the team as we continue to grow. If you have any questions or want to chat further, feel free to reach out to our support. Thanks again for giving us a shot!

On espère pouvoir mieux répondre à vos attentes à l’avenir !

### 5/5 — Kids have started to do chores now

*2026-06-11*

My kid wanted me to make a video review of her taking the trash out.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the awesome five stars! It’s fantastic to hear your kids are getting involved with chores—and that your kid wanted to make a video review is just brilliant. Moments like that really capture the fun and motivation we hope ChoreRewards brings. If you have any cool stories or ideas, we’d love to hear them. Here’s to many more chore victories ahead!
