**Developer response:** 从你描述的现象来看，更可能是因为网络问题，转圈圈是在加载数据，一直转圈圈就是加载不出来。
消息发送会有状态，发送中消息气泡旁边会转圈圈，失败会显示警告，并且会自动重试发送，如果都没有就是成功。消息发送成功后就已存入iCloud，除非用户主动删除，没有其它删除逻辑。
如果误删，比如点了“删除之前的消息”就会把之前的消息都删了。如果是误删，可在误删恢复页面查看被删的消息，并且可以恢复。不会转圈圈后数据就丢了。
补充：还有一种情况会出现假丢失现象，iCloud数据库的查询索引创建有延迟，平时在1秒左右，极端情况下会出现十几分钟情况（很少见），在这延迟期间，会查不出这些新发的消息，看起来像数据丢失了一样，但是过十几分钟后就能看到了。
