Vending company is horrible and so is the app!!

I’ve received no response ever to support inquiries. I would also consider using their app for payment if it connected to the Apple Watch, as it is there no value to me otherwise.

The app doesn’t take your cc payments always, making you have to unload/reload your payment options. When you load funds to your gift card, it usually works. The other issue is when you have either CC or GC funds, and go to place your order, it grey’s out, and doesn’t take your order, causing you to have to close out of the app and go back in and place it all over again, hoping it will work. If it still doesn’t work, you have to delete the app and download it again, and sometimes it works. Other times, it does not. This is frustrating, especially after you put funds onto your GC that you can’t get back, and now have to wait until you can place the order in person, instead of ahead of the busy lunch rush.

Pretty low quality app overall. Slow to respond, has some weird bugs, looks like an android app from 2012.

Most recent update broke the ability to order online with a credit card

The food venue that’s using this turns off menu items when an item is low on stock. So, half the time I end up having to go in person to order the item, not even sure if they have what I want… 

so now I tend to not bother using the food venue at all.

Do you only get rewards when you pay with a pre-loaded ChowIt card?  I placed first order with credit card I have linked to my account.  Where do rewards show up in the app?  Also, the Contact Us email link in app on FAQ page goes to an invalid address, you need to update that….as no one will be able to send you inquiries.

The app and mobile site are absolute trash. The UI is clunky and feels like it was designed by a teenager. Having to click through several menus just to order one item is excruciating. The old app (fresh) was at least usable. Do you even test your own app?

Could you reach out to us under Customer Care as that will give us information about the location that you are signed up under and we can then get this resolved with the local manager.

I use this app to order coffee daily at my office. I order a large black coffee. Yet it requires about 16 clicks / swipes just to order it. Can you please add repeat order functionality so I can just purchase the order from the day before.
