No tech support. No updates. Big bummer ### 1/5 — Gone bad *2024-03-08, version 1.7* I am not seeing reports on accidents I witnessed that involved 3 cars an a number of CHP on major roads. This app used to be reliable ### 2/5 — What happened? *2024-03-02* Ironically this app was fantastic. It not only warned about traffic issues, it let you know how bad it was, vehicles involved but most importantly what lanes were blocked so you could move accordingly. However, recently it has no coverage for Southern California. It only shows incidents around San Francisco. Unless it starts functioning properly again I’ll be deleting it. Sad… it was wonderful. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2024-02-28, version 1.7* The app is currently useless. ### 2/5 — The update is bad *2024-02-25* Idk ever since the update I haven’t been able to get accidents and reports like before. When I would see a back up. Right away I’d be able to pull up this app and I could see what was the hold up. How many cars involved and lots of other info like body in 3rd lane, motorcycle down,etc. Not enough info now when it comes to the 91, 55, 5 freeways. If it doesn’t get better soon. I’ll get rid of it. I have the location services on but It will still not show me nearby incidents. If I zoom out, the only incidents available are from the bay area. However, I’m one of the many SoCal drivers that lost all SoCal traffic info after the update a week ago. After reading the half dozen reviews of people complaining about this, I’m so disappointed that the developer has not responded. Since the latest Iphone update, I can no longer see any of the incidents as nothing appears on the site; I can’t imagine we have progressed to perfect drivers and have no accidents. A nice quick app to see what’s up before starting commute or to see what’s up in a traffic jam. Best case for me is to know status of a major incident (ie clearing up, or will it be longer) to guide my detour decisions. Also when in traffic jam, this tool can share which lanes are blocked so I can change lanes before getting to the incident. (Ie moving to lane 4 if lanes 1&2 are blocked). Again thanks for update. Like the UI, and it appears the zoom glitch is gone) :-) ### 4/5 — What happened?? *2025-05-05* Was a great resource a couple years back when it worked. Now the app seems to immediately crash when attempting to open it. Assumed there was an update, although nothing found. Hope the creator catches on. ### 4/5 — Something broke *2025-05-03* Using version 1.7 and while it has some idiosyncrasies, such as having to refresh the list of incidents to get something in my area (LA) versus San Francisco, it’s been useful on more than one occasion and I appreciate the effort that must go into these to create them in the first place. It worked for a period after the recent iOS upgrade (18.4.1 on iPhone 15 Plus), and as recently as the first part of the week of April 28, but now (5/2/25) the app won’t open.
