Whether you’re at work, on the road, or at home, you can use The Christ Hospital Health Network’s patient app to: • Access your medical records including test results, medications, medical history and more • Schedule appointments with more than 200 providers • Conduct a video visit. Schedule a visit with your provider in the coming days – or schedule on-demand, 24/7 – for common conditions like cold, cough, sore throat, eye irritation, urinary problems and more! No previous visits to our Network required. • Conduct an E-Visit. For a small fee, E-Visits allow you to send secure messages about your symptoms through the app and receive a response from your primary care provider, who will provide medical advice and submit prescriptions to your pharmacy when needed. • Check-In up to seven days prior to your appointment. This allows you to update your registration information before walking into the office. Monett did a superb job of caring for me today. I had to drink a very large iced water with contrast. When I finished I was so cold that I was shivering and cuddling in my jacket trying to get warm. Apparently Monett noticed my discomfort and turned up with a warm blanket. I was so appreciative and want to give her kudos for seeing an uncomfortable patient and took the extra time and effort to help me. The person on the phone couldn’t help me, wouldn’t connect me with a supervisor, because I was beyond my boiling point and didn’t want to say anything inappropriate I hung up. I called patient representative, very pleasant, sent message to director of billing to call me. It’s weeks later, nothing. Technology doesn’t help, it hinders the person to person communication and kindness. They want us to figure everything out on computer, MyChart. Forget the elderly, non users. Remember we’re humans, not robots and take the time to provide one simple service like a report- patient paid year end It’s easy, other networks have it. I’ve been in healthcare my whole life.
