The audio is really annoying and I couldn’t find a way to turn it off. I’m sure this app has its uses but for me I think it would make more sense to create a GPT with The Bible and other texts than pay an additional subscription. I wish you the best, but I really wish you would clarify what the model draws information from. It is a very good app, but I recently saw an ungodly add for an ai app the generates immodest pictures of anime girls. My favorite part is asking Christian AI to give me the history of who wrote what book before reading it. 10/10. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Dystopian *2025-11-09, version 7.3.1* The concept of people looking for spiritual guidance from an ai is hilarious and terrifying at the same time. Would be very surprised if the creators of this app are even Christians themselves, I saw one reply to a review telling someone they could pay to disable ads to “fully focus on (their) faith”. These people are trying to exploit people’s faith for profit, don’t fall into the trap. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-03-03* After you watch their long advertisement, I tap the X and I am unable to leave the advertisement. I can’t get out to use it. Also the advertising as far from the kind of thing that we as Christians should be involved with. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had with the advertisements. Upon asking my first question and immediately being served a sexually explicit ad for an AI anime art generating app, I took a step back and asked how it is that modern Christians “adapting” (giving in) to an interaction-free medium which removes all love and genuine connection is a good thing. Just because something can be redeemed and used for good it isn’t truly good. The ends don’t justify the means, and in this case only encourage others to seek other methods of forgoing connection and vulnerability for a cheapened version of reality, aka a language processing algorithm claiming to be a follower of Jesus Christ. Received courteous response so upgraded to 2 stars. ### 2/5 — Has potential, full of problems *2025-08-12, version 6.0.0* Like any LLM, it is only as good and accurate as those that developed it. As such, this clearly makes some basic mistakes. It needs a lot more development before it can sustain accurate information. It first told me solomon was 12 when he became king and later told me he was 40, and again later told me he was 20 when taking the throne. I kept pointing out the discrepancy to the AI and it kept apologizing for the inaccuracy! One must remember that AI is a tool, not a solution. If you do not understand the e information, do not blindly accept what it says. Use it in the same manner as spellcheck. ### 2/5 — The app is broken. *2024-11-02, version 2.0.0* I mean it’s ok. It’s answered all my questions and with scripture too. My only problems is the ads and the credit system. There is a subscription to remove ads but it’s a bit pricey and I don’t want to add another subscription to my load. The ads on this app are full screen and don’t have X marks on them so they don’t close. I try to shut down and open the app but whatever I do the app renders unusable. If the ads were banners or something, ok, but not whole screen ones that brakes my app! My other problem is the credit system. I still don’t understand how it works and I can never find a way to view them. Overall I wish there was another way to fund this app that would allow users to have a care free experience. Please contact support if you’re still having issues. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — So far, incredible *2026-03-24, version 7.4.1* I’ve used it to delve deeper into certain stories in the Bible and so far it is just incredible how quickly it can respond with scripture and sound reasoning to answer a question from said scripture. Christian AI has been great to ask questions, no matter how “basic” or “embarrassing”, that otherwise I might not have the courage to ask from Christians. It’s also great for people who don’t have access to a priest or a community. ### 5/5 — Amazing app *2025-05-12, version 5.0.0* I have loved LOVED loved this app. Word of caution: I signed up for an account and lost all my chats. Ouch! Still love the app. My only suggestion at this time is that I am not comfortable with paying for a subscription through the phone app. If you ever add a way for me to pay through my computer and show how easy it is to unsubscribe should finances ever need me to, I completely, totally, absolutely plan on subscribing. Hope the app keeps getting updated. It’ll take off sooner or later because it’s good. Only complaint is I think the AI image of Jesus in the app is a little uncanny/unnecessary like we don’t need it to know we are in an AI Christian app it feels like some human art would be a nice touch Oh!
