One I had to purchase again because my mother was over and I wanted her to see it and it was gone. This has been a nightmare since the update. For a long time I couldn’t even sign in for the app crashing on my Apple TV. Now I have email the titles I am missing and I can only remember 3. Perhaps there were more, I don’t know! I never imagined I had to write down what I owned or save the receipts in the emails. Surely Christian Cinema should have those records and compare them with people’s accounts when we email you with what we can remember. It ran smoothly before the update and thank you for fixing the sign in problem, but the missing purchases is a foul, Bigtime. Also, it says on IOS you can download for offline watching but I see nowhere to do that. I want to put my movies on an external hard drive so this never happens again. Thank You For Your Time, and for providing movies that the whole family can watch! You need to offer a monthly streaming service where we pay monthly to watch anything except maybe the newest movies, something like Prime, Hulu or Netflix. I’d subscribe in a minute because it’s important we support Christian Entertainment or it will go away! Just a suggestion. One more thing, it would be nice if we got someone who could understand us and us them when we call customer service. The young lady was very nice but we, esp me, had a heck of a time understanding one another. A live chat customer support might be a helpful option if there are people on the other end that understand clearly what is being relayed. I procrastinated calling about the missing items I have purchased due to fear you have outsourced your customer service. I’m sure Americans need jobs, too. Before update you get 5 stars, six if it were available but after the update, missing items that have been purchased is a foul! There are some things that shouldn’t happen and then some that can’t happen! This is the Can’t Happen. I’ll start saving my email receipts from now on. Big mistake. The app closes itself every time I open it (iPhone & Apple TV), spend 10+ min waiting to sign in on their website. I tried the giving company offer, but Christian cinema didn’t recognize it. Paid $30USD and have nothing to show for it. Can’t sign into giving company to cancel my annually renewed subscription. No phone or email option to contact them, have to submit a request for them to contact you. Every time I try to log into the app on any platform I have to reset my password. Now the App won’t even load on my Apple TV 4K device Additionally, I don’t get a response via email to reset my password. Looking into how to connect with the developer has been difficult. I purchased a number of films from them which disappeared from my account. They could not find them because they told me they had lost their customer data. When I did produce proof of purchasing titles from them they then refused to give me a refund saying that they only now operate in the US and Canada and cannot refund me in the UK. Other users have commented the same. These people are thieves. Shame on you Christian Cinema - seems like you’ve gone to the dark side. ### 1/5 — Why available on the UK App Store… *2024-09-06, version 3.0.2* …when none of the content is? ### 1/5 — Cannot access my purchases *2024-07-23, version 3.0.2* I purchased a number of films from the group over the last number of years. About six months ago, I was not able to access my purchases, with one exception. I have been in conversation back-and-forth with customer service over email. I started conversations with them when I noticed the problem last January. At first, they were quite responsive, and said they were working on the issue. I checked in once per month, and for the first couple months they sent replies saying they were still working on it. then I wasn’t getting any reply to any of my emails. I decided to call them, which was a long distance call. The first call said they would send an email, which never came the second call resulted in an email. These calls ended up costing me $16 in long-distance charges. The last email exchange informed me that they think faith-based content may be limited in my area, with no explanation regarding why there would have been a change since last year. I also asked if I could have a refund for the titles that I can’t access, at least two of them I haven’t watched yet. They have not replied to those questions, even though they have sent emails since. ### 1/5 — No Support *2024-04-23, version 3.0.1* I can’t get any response from support to fix my subscription issue but they have my money. And on top of that had to call back again march of 2024 after the lates update, because the app still doesn’t work, and multiple movies I purchased showed up as a rental again, even though I purchased. The company also did give me a credit for about 15 movies or less even though I am still missing over 30 movies. The credit didn’t do any good, since you can watch the movies anyway. Please be cautious doing business with this company. I have contacted you all multiple times without resolution.
