## What is Christian Faith & Prayer?

Kept is a daily covenant, not a content feed. One verse, one offering of the body, one evening prayer. Present your bodies as a living sacrifice: Romans 12:1, made into a practice you can actually keep.

THE DAILY COVENANT
Each day has three gates: read the day's verse, offer your body (a walk, a workout, a fast), and close the day with an evening prayer. Keep them and the day is kept. On empty days, the Smallest Faithful Day counts too, because two minutes still count. Faithfulness earns mercy days that quietly cover a missed day, and they are never for sale. If you keep a Sabbath, turn on rest days and rest without breaking anything.

THE WHOLE BIBLE, OFFLINE
Every book, every verse, in 14 languages and multiple translations, classic and modern, fully offline. Read whole books in one continuous scroll, highlight verses, bookmark verses and pages, and find everything again in Saved. Search the entire Bible in your language. Kept remembers where you left off.

A JOURNAL THAT ANSWERS
Write or speak your evening prayer. Kept sets a verse aside for what you wrote: grief is met with comfort, worry with peace, gratitude with praise. Your prayers stay on your device and your own iCloud, read by no one.

A fasting timer with phases drawn from the church year, from Fullness to Renewal, each with what your body is doing and a word for your spirit. Live Activity countdown on your lock screen. Completed fasts land in Apple Health. With Premium, schedule fasting cycles: rolling 48s with your own eating window, fixed weekly fast days, or both across one month, and the timer starts itself.

MEDALS OF FAITHFULNESS
Milestones are remembered in scripture's own ladder of materials: wood, stone, copper, bronze, silver, gold, and pearl. Spin them, read the date on the back. They commemorate faithfulness, never attainment, and they can never be bought.
