### 5/5 — A peaceful, faith-centered way to prepare for birth

I’m still pregnant, but this app has already made such a difference in how I feel about the birth ahead. The scripture-based content brings so much peace, instead of just generic affirmations, I’m grounding myself in God’s Word while I prepare, which feels so much more meaningful.
The breathing exercises are simple to follow and easy to practice anywhere, whether I have 5 minutes or 30. And the app itself is really easy to navigate, everything is laid out simply, so I’m never digging around trying to find what I need.
Highly recommend for any Christian mom wanting to prepare for birth with both faith and practical tools. I’ll update once baby arrives.

I LOVED Tara Menzies book “Faith-Filled Childbirth” and had high hopes for this app. After purchasing the one year subscription, I was disappointed in the resources. The meditations are fine, but nothing that I feel like will really get me through labor. The formatting of the app isn’t ideal either. Overall I’ve been underwhelmed and have preferred other apps I’ve tried in the last, such as Gentle Birth.

I am so thankful I found Christian Hypnobirthing! 
It is said that having a successful, unmedicated birth is 90% mental preparation, but most affirmations and meditations out there are “spiritual”, whereas Christian Hypnobirthing comes straight from the Word of God! 
The soothing voices and music are nice to listen to, so calming, just what a Mama needs to root her in what God designed her body to do!
