I know my password, but when I attempt to log in, it says my email address is not recognized. When I attempt to reset my password, an email is never sent to me. I’ve written Customer Care and no one has gotten back to me yet. I will submit a claim with my bank for Services Not Rendered. What a waste of my time. They don’t have a contact number to reach them. I really trusted the site based on the Christian standards that I thought they would uphold. Now I have to figure out how to cancel my subscription because no one’s reaching out. This is literally the biggest regret I’ve had in a while. Don’t trust this site. Don’t pay anything.
