I can not proceed within the app. ### 1/5 — Avoid. *2021-02-10* Terrible unresponsive customer service. Cancelled in 3 day trial and they still charged me 172. Emailed and called multiple times. Fraudulent. ### 1/5 — Problems *2019-05-16* Took over twenty four Hokies for the app to find a therapist to show me then when it did and I tried messaging it was glitchy finally after I sent theee messages and waited another 24 hrs without response I canceled my subscription and I am deleting the app! I tried 6 times today to reach billing or customer relations only getting a voicemail. I also sent emails to the customer support and still not a single response. Website says Monday thru Friday 8-5or6 one of the two but either way no answer.
