I can’t log in. I get errors and when I try to use the “forgot password” feature I get a 503 error. I like the fact that I can listen to books from Christian Audio but the app is glitchy and annoying. For example, if I take a break from listening to a book, I have to record my position before stopping so that I can pickup where I stopped. When I try to resume listening, the app starts me at the begin of the chapter I was in. ### 1/5 — Deeply Disappointing *2026-04-16, version 1.4.6* This app has completely failed at the most basic function: giving users access to the content they have paid for. I have spent thousands on audiobooks, and I now cannot access my account at all. I am effectively locked out of a large paid library with no clear way to fix it. This is a serious failure of service. At the moment, this app is blocking access and creating unnecessary stress. Now I can’t log in and the password reset page is broken. Then they “improved” it to stream. Now it won’t stream or download any of my books. The help section and FAQs on the site appears to be completely outdated. My recommendation is to not use this app until they fix it and leave it working for at least a year. Too sad. For a month now or more it keeps saying that the books are streaming. I have tried every way to get my content back and now I can’t even get the app back. It appears like everything I purchased is gone. Then it locked me out of the app would not accept my login information. It will not recognize any email address I put in .
