There have been too many instances where I'm out and about to check my balance and the app won't even open, or it opens and immediately crashes. Just this last time it happened, there was an acknowledgment of it on the site but there usually isn't. I got so annoyed this time that I PRAYED I hadn't already written a review just so I could come write one. Gonna delete the app and redownload and hopefully that does something. 🫩 ### 2/5 — Annoyed *2022-11-17, version 2022.6.0.1* I haven’t been able to use mobile deposit for weeks now because the in app camera isn’t working and doesn’t rotate like it’s supposed to so instead it’s just stuck on the screen that says “rotate your phone to take a picture”. I have logged out and back into the app, it does not go away. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, IT DOES NOT GO AWAY. I want to know if there is actually something inside the app that I need to know of, or if it’s just the pointless notification. Please try to get this fixed soon, I recently became a member of CFCU, this is my first bank as a teenager. I refuse to allow you to make me have anxiety. It is proven that notifications cause anxiety and many other mental health issues. So if you do not mind, I’ll keep my notifications to off. I keep getting error messages when I try to do Bill Pay and it won’t even let me enter payees.
