They made me pay for the premium membership and not showing contact details which prevents me from getting the details. Waste of money. *2025-02-24* Using it is a nightmare. You click on something, it takes you somewhere else. Money only they’ll charge so much. Full of fake profiles and they do nothing to stop. I purchased a premium membership when try to view some profile it shows the customer settings doesn’t allow to view. I had a chat with the customer support they where trying to sell the assisted support to me. I was very shocked the way they try to convince me. They mentioned that assisted service can view more profiles that good. I didn’t get the point, so are they hiding good profiles? What is the point of paying for premium. But whoever developed this app should seriously reconsider their career. Nothing works. However, immediately after registration we were informed that to view just the basic details (not contact details) we have to move to the paid plan. Since, my parents hadn’t used this app before they fell in the scam and purchased the app. After claiming to be the best matrimonial site, there only few candidates with basic filters. When we request to delete the profile and refund for the remaining days, as we hadn’t used it more than a week. They were very rude and arrogant and stated that we were ignorant about the application and refund couldn’t we possible. As we by mistakenly called one profile and not eligible to be considered for refund. We have to click reset button then it will show few profile. preferred location , preferred education , preferred profession , nearby match , viewed not contacted Mutual and Premium all this remains blank . If you raise a case through call or email they will respond like we have to give partner preferences correct. Then it will be ok. Even if you correct it it won’t work. This is a developer issue. However, when we contacted one of the profile, the person on the other end said that you need to pay us money to talk to the person in the profile. When I reported this to the customerservice team, the opened an automatic ticket. When I followed-up on the ticket after 10 days, they opened another ticket on top of the ticket already opened. Don’t fall for it, it’s just a bait for you to upgrade to paid membership. After you upgrade your membership and contact those people who accepted and sent you requests, they won’t be aware of it and they will say they didn’t sent or accept the interest. We look forward to your response. ### 2/5 — Not happy with the iOS app version *2021-12-07* It seems like the profiles that I send request or shortlist over the app are not seen when I login using the web browser. The profiles that I see over the web browser when logged in through email link shows entirely different profiles than the ones I see from the app. It’s pretty much confusing to understand which profiles I have shortlisted or have sent requests over app and over browser. This makes me doubtful on the genuineness of the profiles listed. Please provide some regular updates for the iOS app version.
