## What is Christmas Carols+?

Over 200 traditional and well-known Christmas carols with lyrics, sheet music, and audio.
Sing, play, record!

Alongside beloved classics like “Away in a Manger” or “Jingle Bells”, you’ll also find favorites such as “Jerus’lem in the morning” or “What Child Is This?”.

The sheet music is professionally engraved and dynamically optimized for smartphones and tablets. View it in portrait or landscape mode, or open, print, and share the PDF version.

With all upgrades you can format and transpose the sheet music yourself and add your own annotations. A cursor and automatic score scrolling assist you while playing. The built-in piano highlights the keys being played so you can quickly learn to perform every song on your own.

Record yourself and share your performances.

In the upgrade section, you can download professional recordings for a small fee. The audio expansion provides high-quality instrumental arrangements for every song. Create your own playlist or shuffle through the tracks.

The Playalong expansion offers accompaniment versions for solo playing or singing. Music can be transposed for instruments such as trumpet, clarinet, saxophone, horn, or cello.

On your first launch, select your country version. All lyrics, sheet music, and audio are then downloaded so you can use them offline.

Tolle Idee, aber leider happerts an der Umsetzung. Beispielsweise werden Lieder angeboten und bei gewünschten weiteren Liedern muss eine neue App geladen werden. Ähnlich schnell kann man zu kostenpflichtigen Anteilen kommen ohne es zu wollen.

Despite the hype of the description shown in the itunes store, this is a pretty basic player. Within the app there is no option to see a piano keyboard and no option to change tempo or transpose key and although it promises Christmas ‘music’ as well as carols, only carols are available.

Optisch ist die App sowieso eher primitiv und nun auch technisch. Apple sollte solche Software entfernen, denn es passt eigentlich nicht zu Apple, eher zu Windows 98!
