I have successfully used this app over the last few years. Would love to see a Birthday version. ### 2/5 — Photos from camera roll broken in iOS 26 *2025-12-20* In the PAST: I’ve used this app for four years and have loved it. 5 stars. I rely on it annually. HOWEVER: TODAY: BIG BUG. You cannot upload a photo from your camera roll to an item since iOS 26; you can still take a photo, but you CANNOT UPLOAD AN EXISTING PHOTO. When you try, it goes to a black screen and the app hangs. You have to kill the app and reopen it to get out of it. This is very really frustrating, particularly midseason!! I need the visual cue of an image for every item! Please fix! All of my 2025 Christmas planning and four years of shopping history is in this app! Grr… In the beginning, 2021, I’d have said 5 stars. Ads beginning in 2024 (I think) made it 4 stars (ONLY because you can remove ads for 48 hours by watching (2) ads in succession. You can do this repeatedly, so app is still viable). TODAY, with no camera roll photos? 2 stars. This is major functionality that MUST work! Please fix! Thank you. For a Christmas planning app it makes no sense for this to be subscription. I would be happy to just pay one off for the app but a subscription for an app that people only use for a specific time of year is ridiculous. Really gutted they’ve fallen for this… ### 5/5 — Great App! *2025-09-26* I have used this app for years. I was fed up with buying gifts in the sales and then forgetting about them by Christmas time. I can also log gift ideas at any time, so when one of the kids I buy for mentions a toy/clothing they like, I can put it on the planner. You can add the shop where you can buy it too, which is great for people with bad memories(like me.) It really helps with budgeting too. It’s shocking how quickly prices add up and this has a total budget per person so you can keep track. ### 5/5 — Stay organised for Christmas *2025-09-06* I’ve been using the app for a couple of years. It’s great , it means I don’t forget a gift for someone. I don’t forget what I’ve bought through the year & end up panic buying as Christmas gets closer. I track my budget by person v actual spend. I love i can capture ideas through the year too. It’s also handy that I can change status for bought and then wrapped. You capture the product & the shop so no chance of forgetting where you saw it. If you are like me, and have several people to buy and wrap gifts for each year, this app is a must!!! I also love how you can archive previous years...that way I don't repeat gifts! I don’t always wrap as soon as it arrives in the mail, and end up forgetting if I got it or not. Something changed with the ads and it only shows me incredibly inappropriate ones. I will be deleting the app because of it. I flagged the ads and updated my preferences. I only have an issues with this app so it’s very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Disgusting *2025-12-11* In the beginning of the use of the app it was good to use. However somewhere along the way, whenever I opened the app, I was getting absolutely vulgar advertising. Nobody has access to my phone and that is not something that I have any interest in (not saying it’s wrong if you do). My grandchildren who are too young to read play with my phone all of the time, if they opened this app to see that, this would be more than a bad review. You should really consider the audience that is using an app like this, most of us don’t any to see that garbage as soon as we open a Christmas app. Disgusting, never again. ### 1/5 — I really want to like it… *2024-11-25* I really want to like it but it’s not allowing me to edit people once added or their budget. I wasn’t sure what “Amount is not accounted” meant so I alternated that for different people but i can’t go back and edit or delete it to start over. It would also be nice to see at a glance whether I’m on budget or over for a certain individual. And finally since this would be used for one time a year it would be nice for the one-time purchase to be less than $4. ### 1/5 — Gift has been “Archived” but data was deleted *2023-12-21, version 4.3.1* I did like this app however one day when I went to use it, all the gift ideas I had saved under people’s names were gone. Being able to archive previous year’s info and then look back at is useful.
