I bought this game a few years ago and when I get back into it and try to put my name in it completely takes me out please help me know what to do

I also bought this game but it won’t download….lost my money!  Somebody should do something to make it right!!

I have the game on my kindle so I decided to add it on my iPad. It locks when I type in my name. I got the whole series, and it was the same for all of them. Huge disappointment.

Thank you for updating your Christmas Wonderland and Park Ranger, and Cruise games. I have a new iPad and was hoping to find you. Some of your games have been updated and I appreciate your attention. You’re one of my favorites and you have made me very happy. I love especially your Christmas games because they are clean and really get one to get in the spirit.

Love this series of games. The company has been fixing them up and re releasing them and now I can play them on my iPad Pro!
