## What is Chroma Cycle?

Chroma Cycle is a privacy-first period tracker that turns your cycle into a clear, colorful daily view.

Start with a short setup, then use Today, Calendar, and Insights to understand what you have logged and where you are in your current cycle.

What you can do:
• Log period flow, symptoms, mood, energy, sleep, and notes
• See your current phase and upcoming period estimate in a visual Today view
• Review logged and predicted days in a monthly calendar
• Build simple insights from your recent cycles, period history, symptoms, and moods
• Set period and daily log reminders
• Use widgets for quick cycle context (Chroma PRO)
• Lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode
• Export your logs as CSV or delete your data from Settings

Widgets and a few other extras are part of Chroma PRO — a one-time purchase, no subscription.

Chroma is designed to stay quiet and local. It does not create accounts, does not run its own server, and does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs. Your logs are stored on your device using Apple's local storage. If iCloud device backup is enabled, Apple may include local app data in that backup.

Cycle and fertility-related dates are estimates only. Chroma is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or contraception.
