I’ve reached out to customer support numerous times and they do nothing. Whoever is in charge of the app needs to fix this bug. ### 1/5 — Effects Screen Stopped Loading *2025-11-15* Effects page no longer loads. No fix, no update. Has a lot of potential, but layout isn’t very user friendly. ### 4/5 — Can be more intuitive *2025-11-13* When powering on, the lights flicker through and eventually one stays on. Repeats until all the lights are on. Kind of a cool effect, even if only 3 colors stay lit. Downloading app and connecting via Bluetooth was super easy. Realize that the “Atmosphere” selection at the bottom only gives you one solid color. To get pre-loaded effects, from the “Home” menu at the bottom, you need to select the strand you want to control (“Concave…” for me). Then you can select “Effects” which has a ton of options. You can also go to “DIY” and set up your own. Other options like “Schedule” and “Color” are also located there. Takes a little work to get rolling, but it does seem to have a lot of options and customization possibilities. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-11-09* It only changes to blue, purple and green.
