I have really enjoyed having this on my phone to have sometjing interesting to do while waiting for things like appointments not starting on time, buses to show up or just relaxing. My mother taught me if always have a book with you thst you'll never have to wait for anything. Well now I have Cromatic, at least I did until the other day when it became impossible to get a single tile placed right, I even took one tile and triedbit in every position on the board and none of them worked, mmmm so I came here to the app store to report it, the only way to contact developer is by logging onto x which is just not going to happen🧐Im think Ibeill dump the one I have and download a new one.... I love how when you start a new game you see the finished puzzle for a couple of seconds and the it scramble the tiles. The soft gradient that looks like a bunch of very similar colors becomes a wonderful tile abstract with dynamic contrast and doesn't look like it could ever come together ### 2/5 — Would be 5 stars if not for Glitch *2022-06-18* I’ve been struggling with anxiety pretty bad lately and on late nights and even just moments of extreme stress this game has been my lifeline. It’s so easy and I find myself listening to the calming background music because it is very soothing. The game had been running smoothly UNTIL maybe a week ago. Now all of a sudden tiles that are clearly in the right order are not being checked off and are unable to lock into place. I can still solve puzzles but it’s obviously very difficult to play when the game no recognizes when my tiles are in the right place except at the very end. I’ve already paid the 2.00 for the premium version and though it isn’t much I’m scared I’ll lose the payment if I uninstall/reinstall the app. This is urgent. I cannot play the game until this is fixed. This game used to calm my anxiety but this bug has me scared and anxious to even play the game. **Developer response:** Hello! I'm so sorry for the very late reply. If you are still using Chromatic, please give this a try: Check the Settings in the top-right of the app. If you see "Auto-Check: off", that means tiles moved to correct locations will not display checkmarks (this is an option for those who are looking for more of a challenge and/or do not want to see the "clutter" of the checkmarks). If this is the case, and you do want the tiles to "lock into place" when placed correctly, tap that setting to toggle it back to "Auto-Check: On". I apologize for any anxiety this caused. It's never fun when you feel like you might have thrown money away. My understanding as an app developer is that every app on the App Store (each of which is required to go through an approval process from Apple) must provide an option to restore in-app purchases if someone uninstalls/reinstalls the app. Chromatic does have such an option in the menu: New Puzzle > Unlock Infinite Puzzles > Restore Purchases. That "Restore Purchases" button will work as long as you are signed into the same iCloud account you used to make the purchase, even if you have reinstalled the app and/or are using a different iOS device. Wishing the best for you! -Ryan ### 2/5 — Do I have to purchase? *2019-12-05, version 1.1.3* I love the concept of the game, but when I complete a puzzle, there’s no way to move on to another one. I’ve tried adjusting the difficulty, but I doesn’t change anything, and when I close the app and reopen it, it doesn’t remember what difficulty I had changed it to. Do I have to purchase “infinite puzzles” in order to play more than one puzzle without closing the app? That’s lame.
