They actually hear you and help you and have compassion for you something so rare in the baking business that I will never go anywhere anywhere else even though I now live across the country. I tried to, but there is a problem with my password. I had changed it and apparently wrote it down incorrectly. Now I need to get assistance from my wife to change my password! Why? I was originally against the merger of Pgh Central Federal Credit Union with Chrome, but accepted it. You have good people working for you! I do all my banking on my phone at home. I won’t access my account outside my home unless absolutely forced to do it. I don’t use an outside Wi-Fi to avoid the possibility of corrupting my personal information. ### 5/5 — Amazing banking *2022-10-19* Amazing customer support team, and easy day to day transactions, and loan options. ### 5/5 — Digital App User Guy *2022-09-20, version 2.45.0* I have used and continue to use apps from other FI’s, all of which are much larger that CHROME FCU. The CH app is much easier to use and is much more intuitive. One example is when I move money. In other apps they tell you the remains limit on your LOC and not the actual balance. It’s a pain to need to do math to see how much I need to pay off the balance. The CH app tells me the balance. Also the CH app Biometric login ALWAYS works vs 40% uptime at a military cu that is 100 times larger. There are another ares like these where the CHROME app really stands out.
