Often, when I snap a pic of a receipt it never shows up or it is only a portion of the pic. Literally every time I try to complete a ER I have to go back to my receipt envelope, take another pic of the receipt in question, wait for it to upload and then do it all again. They did some type of update and now you can’t even get into the app. Every time you try to log in to the app, it says it needs a verification code but the app is not sending it. The option to add more info is helpful, but limited. It only lets you add info before uploading. So there is no way to make a correction to it, or add information after you’ve uploaded. Doesn't retain receipts half the time, and forces you to download and re-upload. The app won't record what card the charge went to, so stores it as a personal expense to get reimbursed when it was charged to my company card. Doesn't accurately record the amount on a receipt so it doesn't matchup when doing expenses.
