I’ve used quite a few expense app, this is by far the worst. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-04-15, version 2.0.25* Can't even login and doesn't give an alternative, says to "try again later." Not surprising as CR Snap is useless as well. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-03-20, version 2.0.25* Never get past a loading page to sign in… 15 out of 15 of us have the same issue… ### 1/5 — The worst designed app *2024-12-23, version 2.0.24* Perfect app for compagnie. There employee will never try to get reimbursement it is so user unfriendly ### 2/5 — Okay expense software, but mobile app is terrible. *2024-10-23* I like the web app fine and CR Snap works well for capturing receipts but this mobile app is horrible. Unintuitive interface that seems like they just shoehorned the web app into an iPhone app. Really buggy to the point it freezes or doesn’t display correctly and I have to kill it and restart. Doesn’t correctly bring in information from uploaded receipts like the web app does. I’ll just wait until I’m at a computer to submit expenses and save myself the headache. ### 1/5 — One of the worse expense tool I have ever used *2024-09-09, version 2.0.24* Terrible UI Clunky - takes ages to load Scans receipts completely wrong (incorrect date, total etc) Randomly changes currency Randomly selects [wrong] type of expense All I can say is it must be dirt cheap software (which explains why my stingy employer uses them) ### 5/5 — Career changer!!! *2024-09-04* I never take the time to write detailed reviews, but after seeing this app only has 145 reviews and doesn’t have 100% satisfaction, I KNEW I needed to step in. This app has helped me so much at my job in completing my expense reports for reimbursements that I just wanna go out and spend money for no reason now! Because I KNOW it’ll come back to me so quickly. If you use Chrome river for desktops, then you need to download this app ASAP! It has all the functionality of the desktop, and where I have to submit picture proof of my receipts, uploading them from my phone has been such a convenience. Where previously I would have to either email them to myself, OR use the chrome river “snap” app (which I am not a fan of). After using this app, I have deleted the “snap” app and no longer dread buying things to be reimbursed for them later. It’s all made so simple ### 2/5 — Hot garbage *2024-08-27, version 2.0.24* My company switched from Certify to Chrome River. This app is not nearly as intuitive as competitors.
